REGISTRATION FOR GO FISH HAS CLOSED.

Please join us at the Post-Tournament Celebration at Bicentennial Park in Milford.

Come fish with us!  Have fun and raise money to support Autism Delaware’s services in Kent and Sussex Counties.

We have reserved 8 Kent and Sussex County ponds for fishing and can have up to 10 boats/teams per pond, with teams being made up of 2 anglers. Adults and youth of any age and ability are invited to fish!  Registration fees of $40 per team apply.  Teams can get as involved as they want –make team T-shirts or decorate their boats, or just fish for the big one!  Teams will be able to create a personalized page for online giving after they register. That way, they can collect their team’s donations from their family and friends online, or they can still do it the old fashioned way –in person.

Pro Bass Fisherman Mike Delvisco will fish in the tournament and make an appearance at the Celebration!  He will also make an appearance from 5-8pm all three nights at the Texas Road House benefit dinners prior to the fishing tournament.  Benefit nights will be in Seaford on Wednesday, Bear on Thursday, and Camden on Friday night.  Coupons are required - just click on the link to the left to get your coupons so that proceeds from your dinner will go to Autism Delaware.

Families and the community are invited to meet fishing teams at Bicentennial Park in Milford for a celebration after the 1pm fish weigh-in at each pond.   At the Celebration, the Milford Community Band will play, and we will have food and games such as a mood bounce and face painting.  DNREC will do a portion of their “Hooked on Fishing – Not on Drugs” program, where youth will receive fishing instruction and have opportunities to try casting into the river!  And of course, we will award the prizes!

Prizes (for details see Prizes link on the left of your screen):
Grand Prize:
$500 cash to the team
with the Best Total Weight of six Bass!

Special prizes for youth under age 13 with the biggest catch
Non-cash prizes for the team who raises the most money
                        Per-pond prizes!

We look forward to fishing with you; it’s a fun way to raise autism awareness downstate and raise money for the Southern Delaware office & activities!
